Access for everyone

Accessibility statement

How TradeStead approaches accessible website design, the standards we work towards and how to report an access problem.

Last updated 20 August 2026

Our commitment

TradeStead wants its public website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate by keyboard, enlarge text, use voice control or rely on assistive technology.

We design and test towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of the design, content and development process rather than a visual option added afterwards.

What we have built into the website

Known limitations

Some third-party browser, analytics or consent interfaces may behave differently from the TradeStead interface. Older campaign artwork may contain text inside images; it is not used as the only source of important page information, and equivalent page copy is provided where those assets appear.

We continue to test new pages and components. A statement of intent is not a guarantee that every combination of browser, device and assistive technology will behave identically.

Report an accessibility problem

If something prevents you from reading a page, completing the fit-check form or understanding an interaction, email admin@tradestead.co.uk. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and, if you are comfortable sharing it, the device or assistive technology involved.

We will review the problem and provide the information in a reasonable alternative format where practical while the underlying issue is investigated.

About this statement

This statement covers the public website at tradestead.co.uk. TradeStead is operated by Rudi Nikollari in London, United Kingdom. The private client workspace is assessed separately because it contains different workflows and authenticated controls.
