How TradeStead worksStart with the trade.
Build around reality.
Improve with evidence.

We do not begin with a theme, a feature list or a pile of town names. We begin with the work you want, the customers you serve and the way an enquiry becomes a finished job.

A clear route from first conversation to a working, measurable system.

Before design begins

The useful questions come first.

A trade website cannot be separated from the business behind it. The work mix, margins, service area, qualifications, property knowledge and customer worries determine what deserves a page and what the customer must see before calling.

01

Fit check before proposal

We examine the existing website, search visibility, service mix and working process. If TradeStead is not a sensible fit, the answer should be clear before a build is sold.

02

Evidence before copy

Real work photographs, accreditations, reviews, service knowledge and customer questions give the site authority. We organise and strengthen genuine material rather than inventing a company story.

03

Architecture before decoration

We map the pages and links around distinct customer decisions. Design then makes that structure easier to understand, trust and act on.

04

Website before automation

The public website earns the opportunity. The private workspace receives and runs it. Helpful assistant actions come only after both foundations are sound.

The working route

From first fit check to measured growth.

Every stage creates an asset the next stage can use. Nothing depends on a mysterious launch-day reveal.

  1. 01

    Understand the business

A structured discovery records services, ideal work, real coverage, commercial priorities, proof and the current customer journey.

  2. 02

    Map search and decisions

Primary services become pillars. Supporting questions, proof and genuinely useful local context are placed where they help a customer decide.

  3. 03

Write and design the public site

Plain-English content, mobile-first layouts, accessibility, technical SEO and clear calls to action are designed as one system.

  4. 04

    Connect the private workflow

Accepted enquiries can enter the protected workspace and move through contact, quote, booking, job evidence, invoice and review.

  5. 05

    Launch without abandoning the past

Domains, redirects, metadata, analytics ownership and important existing URLs are checked before the new site replaces the old one.

  6. 06

    Improve from evidence

Search Console, analytics and genuine enquiry patterns guide the next improvement. New pages must earn their place.

Built in the right order

The website wins attention. The system protects what follows.

TradeStead grew from the same order inside Rudi Electrics: a stronger owned website first, a private working system second and controlled assistant access third. The product is shaped by a real trade workflow, not a software demonstration invented for a sales page.

Honest boundaries

Strong work.
No magic dust.

01

No ranking guarantees

We build a serious foundation and improve it with evidence. Nobody can honestly sell a guaranteed organic position.

02

No invented proof

Sample interfaces are labelled. Customer results, reviews and claims are used only when they are genuine and attributable.

03

No forced replacement

Useful existing tools can remain. The aim is to remove broken hand-offs, not replace software merely to increase scope.

piece of the system.

Straight answers

Before you
make the move.

How long does a TradeStead build take?

Timing depends on the size of the website, the condition of existing material, integrations and how quickly genuine business information is supplied. The fit check establishes scope before a delivery plan is agreed.

Do I need to replace my existing domain?

Usually not. A business should retain control of its established domain. The migration plan protects that identity and maps valuable existing URLs where the website is being replaced.

Will I be able to review the website before launch?

Yes. The site is built and validated away from the live domain first. Launch occurs after the approved scope is working and the relevant technical checks pass.

What happens after launch?

Hosting, monitoring, support and the agreed level of ongoing search work continue during the subscription. Search and enquiry evidence is used to decide what should be strengthened next.
