Ownership changes the economics
Your domain, brand, content, customer relationships and business records should become more valuable as the company grows—not disappear when a lead package ends.
The story behind TradeStead
I’m Rudi Nikollari. I built Rudi Electrics, then turned what I learned about websites, local search, enquiries and running real jobs into TradeStead.
This is not software imagined from a boardroom. It grew from the practical problems I faced as a tradesman: paying to rent enquiries, owning a website that was not doing enough, copying customer details between apps and carrying too much of the business in my head.
The website wins trust and enquiries first. The private system runs the work second. Useful automation comes after both.
Why I built it
Rudi Electrics had the trade experience and customer proof, but too much growth depended on platforms that controlled the lead before it reached us. The website existed, yet it was not a serious business asset.
So I rebuilt the foundations around real services, genuine local knowledge and the questions customers ask before choosing an electrician. Search visibility changed sharply. More importantly, the enquiries started arriving directly through an asset the business controlled.
That success created the next problem: more customers, conversations, bookings, photographs, quotations and follow-ups to organise. The private workspace came next—not as a gadget, but as the operating system the growing business actually needed.
Lessons from the tools
Your domain, brand, content, customer relationships and business records should become more valuable as the company grows—not disappear when a lead package ends.
They should not feel the joins between a website, a form, a diary and an invoice. The journey should look and feel like your company from the first search onwards.
A clear page, a timely reminder and a complete customer record matter more than a long feature list. Every part has to earn its place in the working day.
The first proof
We do not need to invent a fictional success story. The public case study shows the Search Console evidence, the website decisions and the commercial change behind TradeStead’s approach.
What TradeStead stands for
The customer remembers your business, not the platform that sold the introduction.
Real work, real answers and measured performance beat invented claims and generic marketing language.
Automation should prepare and organise. Important customer and business decisions still belong to the person running the company.
Visibility, trust, enquiry handling and delivery are one connected commercial system—not isolated projects.
