About these terms
TradeStead is the trading name under which Rudi Nikollari provides the service from London, United Kingdom. These terms apply to TradeStead’s public website and form the baseline service terms for businesses that buy a TradeStead website, private workspace or connected service. A proposal, order form or signed agreement may add project-specific scope, pricing and delivery details. If there is a conflict, the signed project document takes priority.
The TradeStead service
TradeStead combines a bespoke public website with a shared, multi-tenant private business application. The agreed service may include hosting, enquiry delivery, customers and jobs, files, quotations, invoices, reporting, monitoring, support and authorised third-party integrations.
Each client receives an isolated workspace and permissions for its authorised users. Plans, page scope, integrations, support and usage limits are those stated in the accepted proposal or order form.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, service, pricing and contact information and approve content promptly.
- Use the service lawfully and obtain any permissions needed for customer data, photographs, communications, reviews and marketing.
- Protect user accounts, use strong credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
- Keep connected Google, accounting and other third-party accounts in good standing and authorise only the correct properties and business locations.
- Check quotations, invoices, generated drafts, posts and customer communications before relying on or publishing them where approval is presented.
You must not use TradeStead to break the law, access another business’s data, distribute malicious material, send unlawful communications or interfere with the service or its security.
Charges and term
Setup charges, subscription charges and payment stages are set out in the accepted proposal. Unless that proposal states otherwise, TradeStead begins with a 12-month initial service term and then continues monthly until ended in accordance with the agreement. Setup work may be paused when required information, approval or payment is overdue.
Third-party charges—such as advertising, accounting subscriptions, domain renewals or provider usage fees—are not included unless expressly stated.
Ownership and licence
The client controls its domain, brand, approved copy, supplied photographs, Google and analytics accounts, and its customer and job records. Reviews remain subject to the platform on which they were published. The client grants TradeStead the rights needed to host, process and display those materials while providing the service.
TradeStead retains its shared application, platform code, reusable systems, operational tooling and pre-existing intellectual property. Bespoke project documents explain any additional rights in commissioned design or content.
Ending the service
At the end of a paid service, the client keeps its business-controlled assets and can receive the agreed export of customer and job records, photographs and invoices, plus a static export of the public website. The live forms, private application, integrations, hosting, monitoring, support and updates end with the subscription. A static export does not include the server-side TradeStead system.
Connected services
Google, QuickBooks, Xero and other integrations remain separate services governed by their own terms and availability. The client authorises TradeStead to access only the account and permissions it selects. Connections can be revoked, and provider outages, policy changes or approval delays may temporarily limit a feature without affecting unrelated workspace data.
Availability, changes and support
We take reasonable care to keep paid services secure and available, but maintenance, internet failures and third-party incidents can cause interruption. We may make changes needed for security, legal compliance, provider compatibility and reliable operation. Material changes to the agreed commercial service will be communicated.
Liability
TradeStead is a business tool, not legal, tax or accounting advice. The client remains responsible for business decisions, regulatory compliance and the accuracy of material it approves or sends. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any further limits or remedies are stated in the accepted service agreement.
Privacy and law
Our privacy notice explains how personal information and connected Google data are handled. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
