Why is there no setup fee for the first 10 clients?
TradeStead is reserving the first 10 places for businesses willing to build with us, give practical feedback and help create the next set of documented results. We fund the initial build and recover that work through the 12-month service term.
What does the £99 monthly price include?
It includes an agreed trade website of up to 10 planned pages, the connected private TradeStead workspace, secure hosting, monitoring, maintenance and support. The initial build includes one organised revision round.
What is outside the Founding 10 scope?
Additional pages, repeated redesign rounds, bespoke integrations, unusual data migration, paid advertising and substantial custom workflow development are not included. If any of those are useful, they are explained and priced before work begins.
Do I keep the website and business data?
Your business controls its domain, brand, copy, photographs, Google and analytics accounts, customer records and job history. On exit, you receive a static public-site export and usable exports of customer and job records, photographs and invoices.
What stops if the subscription ends?
The live forms, private jobs app, integrations, hosting, monitoring, support and ongoing updates end. A static website does not include the connected server-side workflows that make the live system operate.
Can the system expand later?
Yes. The founding scope establishes the website and connected working foundation. Additional search coverage, team workflows and integrations can be scoped when the business genuinely needs them.
Is there a minimum term?
The Founding 10 offer begins with a 12-month initial term and then continues on a rolling monthly basis.
